Education Policy

In order to meet the demands of the system with the changing world, to train personnel in a way that will provide added value to our work and our country, to raise awareness of education, and with lifelong learning, our employees; Acquisitions achieved through all activities carried out in order to improve their knowledge, abilities and competencies individually or collectively is our policy. In addition, all of our employees are qualified in terms of quality and quantity within the scope of planned trainings in our production facilities, and within the framework of the opportunities provided by national education, all employees are enrolled in a vocational high school within the scope of open high school and continue their education.

We adopt as a policy to guarantee that the rights of the users, which are itemized in accordance with the personal data protection law, are secured. We know that this is a big responsibility and we go to great lengths to protect customers' information.


Technical Security Policy

In the design and product realization processes, it is the basis of our policy to ensure the safety of our products and the system by complying with the legal regulations, thereby securing customer requests and expectations. It is our policy to adopt a preventive approach in all processes, to reveal and evaluate risks and opportunities.

Automotive, railway etc. Our company, which carries out manufacturing activities for the transportation sectors; works with sensitivity towards its employees, customers, suppliers and the environment, in order to ensure the sustainability of this care;

  • Considering the safety and/or legislation provisions, critical/important characteristics, including the supply chain, in the products it manufactures; carries out design, manufacturing and after-sales activities.
  • It regularly monitors the feedback from the field (customer complaints, warranty returns, recalls, etc.), performs the necessary corrective actions, and processes the lessons learned as institutional knowledge and takes them into account in future projects.
  • It does not include prohibited and/or restricted materials in its products, and is sensitive to its employees and the environment. It also requests its suppliers not to use prohibited/restricted materials.
  • Adopts the principle of confidentiality in internal and external communications; acts sensitively in sharing information on issues such as customer projects, know-how, employee information.
  • Polütek employees can access documents with restricted access status (such as confidential R&D projects) through the company network.
  • Representatives of customers, suppliers and/or legal authorities can access relevant documents by contacting our customer representative.
